Registration is now open for our GIRLS 12-14u tryouts!
Tryouts will be held at the Ballston Area Community Center (BACC) in Ballston Spa on the following dates and times:
12u (6th Grade): September 21, 1:00-2:30pm
13u (7th Grade): September 21, 3:00-4:30pm
14u Makeup (8th Grade): September 21, 5:00-6:30pm
A 15 minute parents meeting will be held at the beginning of each tryout session.
There is a $25 fee for tryouts and you must have a current USAV membership. Tryout memberships can be purchased at the link below.
Please bring a filled out USAV Medical Form (link below) and a $250 deposit check to tryouts (made out to Saratoga Volleyball Club). The check is a deposit for the season. We will not deposit the checks unless an offer is made and accepted.
These tryouts are for 12-13u (i.e., 6th-7th grade, any interested 5th graders) and a makeup tryout for 14u (8th grade).
All players must have a current USAV medical release form on file with the club before they can participate. Follow the link below to print the form and bring it to your first event.
Check your USAV age eligibility at the link below. Tryouts are organized by USAV age eligibility.
All players and coaches must have a current USAV/Excelsior membership. Follow the link below to purchase a membership through SportsEngine, the USAV membership management service. A limited membership for tryouts occurring after September 1st may be purchased for ~$20 then upgraded to a full membership ($70) after invitation to join the club.
